This organic almond butter is artisan made using our Better Than Roasted process.

European Truly raw almonds aren't pasteurized like almonds grown the States, so you can be sure that the European almonds we use in our organic almond butter are free of chemicals or heat-sterilization that would diminish their nutrients.

An excellent protein source

Our organic almond butter has the highest protein content of any nut butter, and is rich in minerals, including magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, and especially calcium. They are high in mono-unsaturated fat, which helps to lower LDL cholesterol, and they contain oleic acid, which is believed to protect against heart disease.
