AntiViral Blend of 17 Organic Essential Oils.

Thyme, Oregano, Eucalyptus, Clove, Rosemary, Marjoram, Cinnamon, Sage, Peppermint, Orange, Lavender, Hyssop, Tulsi, Laurel, Myrtle, Star Anise & Tea Tree.

Each of these plant oils has been used for their anti-viral properties and there is plenty of research on each of them that you can look up.

Although we can not give any advise, here is what I personally do with this product:

• I ingest 1 drop directly in mouth, or in water, or in a teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil. I do it twice a day.

• Put a few drops in a diffuser to disperse it in the room

• Put a few drops in a pot of steaming water, put my head covered with a towel over the pot, do inhalation for 10-15 min 

• Put 2-3 drops on my hands and rub it like a sanitizer

• Apply 1-2 drops to a face mask

• Add a few drops to a liquid soap

Anti-Viral benefits of these essential oils:

Thyme - Thymol and Calvacrol have antiviral (herpes simplex virus type I, human rhinoviruses and influenza viruses) properties. Both the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the USA and the Government of Canada have placed on the list of disinfectants with evidence for use against COVID-19 preparations with thymol as the active ingredient.

Oregano - Different species of oregano are among the most studied herbs. The most common compounds found in oregano are thymol and carvacrol.

Eucalyptus -  Studies have shown that Eucalyptus essential oil and its major monoterpenes have enormous potential for preventing and treating infectious diseases caused by viruses. The main molecular mechanisms involved in the antiviral activity are direct inactivation. The main bioactive monoterpene in Eucalyptus is eucalyptol (1,8-cineole).

Clove - Rich in eugenol the major constituent of cloves, was investigated for its antiviral activity by several research groups. The clove extract showed a direct inactivating action on the particles of the standard Herpes Simplex Virus strains. Eugenol also showed antiviral activity against the influenza A virus (IAV), being able to inhibit IAV replication. Clove is one of the medicinal plants currently employed to prevent and control the SARS-CoV-2-associated disease.

Rosemary - The present in vitro studies revealed that rosemary extract exhibited antiviral activity against HSV-1 and HSV-2, along with antioxidant effects. rosmarinic acid in rosemary extract has positive effects on renin-angiotensin-system. Rosemary affects respiratory system by reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, muscle spasm, and also through anti-fibrotic properties.

Marjoram - possessed anti-influenza activity, reducing visible cytopathic effects of influenza A/WS/33 virus activity by >52%. The main terpene in Marjoram is linalool, suggesting that this may have anti-influenza activity.

Cinnamon - Contains eugenol (75–85%), followed by smaller amounts of linalool (1.6–8.5%)

Sage - The principal components in sage oil are eucalyptol (1,8-cineole) and camphor.

Peppermint - Peppermint oil exhibited high levels of virucidal activity against HSV-1 and HSV-2 in viral suspension tests. Peppermint oil is also active against an acyclovir resistant strain of HSV-1 (HSV-1-ACV(res)), plaque formation was significantly reduced by 99%.

Orange - The anti-viral property of limonene against the Herpes simplex type 1 virus was found as complete inhibition of HSV1 at 25μg/ml concentration of limonene was observed. Limonene inactivated the virus in the early phase of virus multiplication. The SARS corona virus has protein S a specific binding site for the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) which serves as an entry point into the host cell. Limonene can act as the inhibitor for ACE2 target which is verified by performing docking studies.

Lavender - lavender has been reported to exert potent antiviral effects against influenza type A virus. The dominant constituents of lavender were linalyl acetate and linalool.

Hyssopα-pinene (2.4%), β-pinene (3.0%), limonene (5.4%), linalool (49.6%), 1,8-cineole (13.3%) are the major terpene constituents in Hyssop. Also showed efficacy in the replication inhibition of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus)

Tulsi - Holy basil (Tulsi) has a long history as a medicine for different human disorders. Therefore, we screened different components of Tulsi leaf and found that eugenol, but not other major components inhibited the interaction between spike S1 and ACE2 in an AlphaScreen-based assay. Accordingly, eugenol strongly suppressed the entry of pseudotyped SARS-CoV-2. Moreover, oral treatment with eugenol reduced lung inflammation, decreased fever, improved heart function, and enhanced locomotor activities in SARS-CoV-2 spike S1-intoxicated mice.

Laurel  - As one of the strongest antiviral agents in aromatherapy, Laurel brings relief to an array of major to minor complaints including scratchy throats, sore muscles, viral and bacterial infections, cold and flu, immune deficiency, chest congestion and general weakness, lymphatic congestion and is highly pleasant to use in the sauna or steam bath.

Myrtle - Myrtle is helpful when diffused for conditions of cold, flu, and chest congestion. As a potent antiviral and germicidal, it is THE best essential oil to diffuse during the winter cold and flu season. The most antiseptic, antiviral, and antifungal of all Australian essential oils.

Star Anise - One of the most popular pharmacologically relevant attributes of star anise is its shikimic acid content. Shikimic acid is a compound with strong antiviral capabilities. In fact, it's one of the main active ingredients in Tamiflu, a popular medication for the treatment of influenza.

Tea Tree - Australian tea tree oil exhibited high levels of virucidal activity against HSV-1 and HSV-2 in viral suspension tests. At noncytotoxic concentrations of TTO plaque formation was reduced by 98.2% and 93.0% for HSV-1 and HSV-2, respectively.
