This is our most popular aged cheese. It's gold/blonde in color, it's aged for 3 months and made from organic raw cashew nuts. It's firm but creamy, mellow and able to be smeared on crackers or pastries. An excellent substitute for cheese.

Macadamia:
The aged macadamia nut cheese has a light caramel color made from organic macadamias nut. It's made with absolutely no preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients or additives of any kind. This creamy, individually-sized cheese is rolled in mixed herbs for a delightful presentation and flavor.

Lapsang is distinct from all other types of tea because lapsang leaves are traditionally smoke-dried over pinewood fires, taking on a distinctive smoky flavour.

It is the Hot version of the original plain Cashew. It's gold/blonde in color with sprinkle cajun on top and botton, it's aged for a minimum of 7 weeks and made from truly organic raw cashew nuts. It's firm but creamy, spice and mellow ho and able to be smeared on crackers or bread.

Tasting Notes: I have a personal bias toward the hippie health-food store vibe that Dr. Cow Tree Nut Cheese evokes—it reminds me of my yogurt-, carob-, and tahini-fueled ’70s childhood. Most Dr. Cow products are crafted from cashews, with macadamia and Brazil nut making an occasional appearance. Fermentation adds complexity and a “cheesy” odor to the entire line. The reishi mushroom flavor is a standout: Consider it the Black & White cookie of nutcheese, with its mushroom-colored base and cream-colored top.
