If you place your order before 12 pm E.S.T, and all items are in stock, we will do our best to process it the same day. In some cases it may take  24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times on the checkout page are ONLY ESTIMATES given by carriers. They are not guaranteed, and they are beyond our control once your order is on its way. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carriers. If you need to get your order by a specific date, please call us at 212-505-5504.

For international orders, please note that your country may impose customs fees or import taxes beyond the shipping charges you have paid to us. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and they are solely the customer's responsibility.

If a package is rejected or returned to us due to unpaid fees that your local authorities imposed, we will refund the product's cost after receiving it back. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
