An effective personal hygiene and enema system.
Lifewear Technologies (Formerly Cara) Water Bottle Combination is recommended for use when hot or cold applications are needed for pain and muscle aches and as a personal hygiene and enema system. Lifetime warranty. 2 quart (1900 mL) water bottle.
Directions for Water Bottle Use:
Use only plain tap water in the bottle. Using anything other than plain tap water could destroy or damage the bottle. Let out excess air before placing stopper into threaded opening. Turn stopper so it fits securely into threads and tighten. Test for leakage by turning bottle upside down and pressing down on bottle firmly.
Directions for Warm Application:
Fill bottle 3/4 full with tap water only. (Caution: Tap water can cause burns.) Note: Use ribbed side until bottle has cooled; then use pebble side, which should still be warm.
Directions for Cold Application:
Fill bottle 3/4 full with cold water or crushed ice.
Directions for Douching Procedure:
Fill bottle 2/3 full with warm water and douche preparation (if desired). Gently thread adapter into bottle, and turn to secure tightly. Cover adapter opening and shake to insure proper mixing. Slide shut-off clamp onto tubing and clamp shut. Slip plain end of tubing onto the adapter. Slip vaginal pipe into other end of tubing. Suspend bottle
about 3 feet above vagina. Release shut-off clamp to expel air in tubing before inserting vaginal pipe.
Directions for use in Bathtub:
Recline in tub, knees slightly bent apart. To Use on Toilet: Lift one thigh while in seated position. While maintaining one of the positions indicated, gently insert vaginal pipe into the vagina. Release clamp to
permit solution to flow gently.
Directions for Simple Enema Use:
Fill bottle 2/3 full with warm water and enema preparation (if desired). Gently thread adapter into bottle, and turn to secure tightly. Cover adapter opening and shake to insure proper mixing. Slide shut-off clamp onto tubing and clamp shut. Slip end of tubing onto the adapter.
Slip enema pipe into other end of tubing. Apply lubricating jelly to enema pipe. Suspend bottle about 3 feet above hips. Release clamp to
expel air in tubing before inserting pipe.
Directions for use in Bathtub:
Recline in tub with knees drawn up. To Use on Toilet: Sit on toilet and lean forward slightly. While maintaining one of the positions indicated, gently insert lubricated enema pipe into rectum. Release
shut-off clamp to permit solution to flow gently.
Directions for Retention Enema:
Follow your physician's instructions. After use and storage: Before storage, rinse bottle thoroughly with lukewarm water. Hang open bottle upside down to drain and air-dry. Store bottle flat, in dark, cook, dry
place. Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of bottle.
Warnings:
Carefully examine bottle before each application. If bottle shows signs of wear, it should not be used. Do not use boiling water or strong chemicals in bottle. Do not place bottle on radiator or permit contact with hot metal. Do not fold, sit, or lie on bottle during usage. For either hot or cold applications to sensitive skin areas, wrap soft cloth
or towel around bottle. Avoid contact with ointments which may contain oil or other ingredients injurious to rubber. If contact is unavoidable, wash bottle promptly with soap and water. Do not expose bottle to direct sunlight or other heat. This product contains dry natural rubber."
