If you place your order before 12 pm E.S.T, and all items are in stock, we will do our best to process it the same day. In some cases it may take  24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times on the checkout page are ONLY ESTIMATES given by carriers. They are not guaranteed, and they are beyond our control once your order is on its way. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carriers. If you need to get your order by a specific date, please call us at 212-505-5504.

We wish we had our own delivery system like Amazon, but we can not possibly compete with a global monopoly like that. By choosing us you get personalized service and you support small, local business like ours. 😊

International Orders. Please review the following before ordering:

• Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Once an order is shipped (USPS, DHL, etc.), delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier and the destination country’s customs authorities.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with their country’s import regulations.

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to cooperate with customs and the carrier and provide any documentation required for clearance.

• Customers must provide accurate contact information. If the carrier attempts to contact the customer regarding delivery or customs clearance and the customer cannot be reached, any resulting delay, return, or abandonment is the customer’s responsibility.

• Orders that are in transit or undergoing customs processing are not eligible for refund.

• If a package is delayed, held, rejected, or destroyed by customs, or if the customer fails to respond to customs or carrier requests, we cannot issue a refund.

• If a shipment is returned to us unopened, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• USPS First-Class International shipping has no insurance. When selected, we are not responsible for loss or non-delivery.
