All raw, vegan black unhulled sesame seeds ground to a smooth and creamy texture. Shining black in color, and the taste is profoundly sesame. It's flavor is robust, slightly bitter and earthy.  An excellent source of calcium. No salt.

Stir well before each use, natural oil separation may occur.
Drizzle over crackers, apple slices, grain bowls, or blend into dressings, soups, and sauces.
Mix with lemon juice and water for a quick, creamy tahini sauce.
