Servings per Container: about 30 (12.5 oz)

We suggest starting with a serving size of 1 teaspoon and then gradually increasing up to 1 tablespoon over a couple of weeks. Pure Synergy can be mixed with a variety of liquids. Many people simply choose pure, filtered water; others use juice or a combination of juice and water.
Pour 8 to 10 ounces of your preferred liquid into a jar or shaker cup with a tight fitting lid and add your Pure Synergy. Place the lid on the container and shake well.
