We always do our best to use only local, fresh, and NON-GMO ingredients. All products are Kosher Certified.

All of our cashew-based cheeses have a shelf life of 6 weeks in the refrigerator. To extend that life, put what you're not going to use in the freezer and enjoy it any time.
